Please allow 40 mins for 4 photos or 60 mins for 10 photos and do NOT show the property while photo shooting is taking place.  Please communicate with the owner beforehand about the possibility of moving items around for optimal picture quality, and secure your valuables.  The photographer and you will spend about 15 mins with you to walk-through and discuss the property prior to the actual photo shooting.

The photoshoot will automatically cancel when there is snow, but shall continue in rain unless requested.
