At your photo-shoot:

Please allow 40 mins for 4 photos or 60 mins for 10 photos and do NOT show the property while photo shooting is taking place.  Please communicate with the owner beforehand about the possibility of moving items around for optimal picture quality, and secure your valuables.  Before the actual photo session starts, our photographer will spend about 15 mins to communicate with you and have a quick walk-through making sure that the property will sparkle in the resulting photographs.

Where are my photos?

You will receive a ZIP file containing web-optimized photos in your email within the next business and then a CD in the mail at your office.  The CD will include a large HD JPG optimized for print and another smaller JPG optmized for web.  Retouching will be done on the discretion of the photographer at no extra cost.

What about the weather?

The photoshoot will automatically cancel when there is snow, but shall continue in rain unless requested.  At Matterfore Creations, we have the right technology and equipments to shoot in all kinds of weather, day or night, rain or shine.  We just don't like to see a beautiful house hidden under snow :)

Do I have to stay during the photoshoot?

Not necessarily.  You may leave as you desire and we can drop the keys off at your office after the photoshoot.  However, Matterfore Creations will not be responsible of any damages or  missing possessions.
